1. INSPECT SRS SEAT CUSHION AIRBAG ASSEMBLY (for Vehicle not Involved in Collision)

  1. Perform a diagnostic system check (Click here).

  1. With the seat cushion airbag installed on the vehicle, perform a visual check. If there are any defects, such as those mentioned below, replace the seat cushion airbag with a new one:

    1. Any cuts, minute cracks or marked discoloration on the front seat airbag.



2. INSPECT SRS SEAT CUSHION AIRBAG ASSEMBLY (for Vehicle Involved in Collision and Airbag not Deployed)

  1. Perform a diagnostic system check (Click here).

  1. With the seat cushion airbag removed from the vehicle, perform a visual check. If there are any defects, such as those mentioned below, replace the seat cushion airbag with a new one:

    1. Any cuts, minute cracks or marked discoloration on the front seat airbag.
    2. Any cracks or other damage to the wire harness or connector.
